I’m a journalist with 16 years of experience as a writer and editor for newspapers and magazines. In 2016 I quit my job and became a stay-at-home traveling mom, moving across the United States with my travel nurse husband and our child. We lived in five cities in four states before we settled down in Minnesota in 2020. At that time I began working as a freelance writer, writing news, feature stories and more.
